Night Crafters at the Downtown Austin Public Library // April 29, 2019

Come, hang out and learn about Yarn Bombing with fellow Night Crafters!

I am excited to be leading the Downtown Austin Public Library’s free Night Crafters, Monday, April 29th! The event will be be taking place in the Library’s living room area, on the 6th floor, between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. I’ll share a brief history of yarn bombing along with some examples of my works, teach attendees how to make a couple crochet stitches and discuss how you can use those stitches to create your own yarn bombs!

This is a free event for adults only. You do not need to bring any materials or need any previous crochet experience. Some yarn you can use and take home will be provided, and the library has been kind enough to provide crochet hooks for your use as well.

Bring yourself down to the beautiful downtown Austin Public Library, Monday night, and let’s get crafty in the night!

You can find additional information about this and future Night Crafters nights and other ATX Public Library events on their events calendar.
